Refund policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days from the delivery date within Metro Manila, and 10 days from delivery date if outside Metro Manila.  If the days indicated have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition (unopened and unused) that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

To Initiate Return

Please send us an email at atlantictoolstrading@yahoo.com with your order number as the subject, photo of the item being returned. Once return is approved, a return address will be provided. Refund will be processed once we have received back the item, and can be done through bank deposit or GCash.

 

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Any returns that was not approved will not be accepted and sent back to the sender.


Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • For sanitary purposes, all UltraGrime wipes cannot be returned nor exchanged

  • Certain special orders not included in the current catalog (That’s why we need for you to email us first whether or not we can refund your order).
